Responsibilities for the Human Resources Business Partner:
  • Work from approved requisitions, post positions online to hospital’ s website
  • Review/screen candidates for assigned positions referring qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Work closely with hiring managers to arrange interviews
  • Review current job descriptions with managers to assure accuracy, referring any changes to management for approval
  • Complete hiring process
  • Enter information on new hires into the HR Information System, setting up personnel records, filing, and other administrative functions
Requirements for the Human Resources Business Partner:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years’ experience preferred
  • Excellent computer skills required, with preference for HRIS PeopleSoft system
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel desirable
  • Experience with applicant tracking system preferred
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
