Our client in Quincy, MA is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join their team. In this role, you will act as the point of contact for employee questions related to benefits while also coordinating annual open enrollment meetings. Additionally, you will aid in processing new hires, benefit changes, and merit increases. Compensation: $65K-80K
Responsibilities for the Human Resources Generalist:
  • Act as Point of contact for employee questions related to benefits and other general inquires
  • Coordinate annual benefits open enrollment meetings
  • Process bi-weekly changes of the employee life cycle within the HRIS system; new hires, terms, merit increases, benefit changes, etc.
  • Update necessary departments of weekly changes to titles, new hires, and manager changes via employee update notices.
  • Participate in recruitment process – job postings, interview coordination, background check screenings, applicant tracking, and sourcing for entry and mid-level roles
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a positive onboarding experience
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal legal requirements in consultation with internal and external resources

  Requirements for the Human Resources Generalist:
  • Bachelor’ s degree in business, human resource management or a related field
  • Minimum of seven years of experience
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
