Hours for the Inventory Clerk/Customer Service Administrator:
  • Tues and Weds: 11am - 7pm
  • Thurs, Fri and Sat: 12pm - 8pm
  • Sun and Mon: Off
Responsibilities for the Inventory Clerk/Customer Service Administrator:
  • Stock and replenish shelves
  • Lift heavy boxes for storage
  • Organize products
  • Maintain store including keeping the shopping areas clean and orderly
  • Check customers out via Cash Registers (Cash, Debit, Credit Transactions)
  • Assist customers in their shopping experience, including educating them on products and specials
  • Perform any other ad-hoc customer service duties as assigned by manager
Requirements for the Inventory Clerk/Customer Service Administrator:
  • High School diploma
  • 2+ Years within a customer service oriented position
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and promptly
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes onto shelves
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Committed to 100% Customer Service
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
