A private, full-service boutique investment bank in Boston, MA is currently searching for Investment Analysts for their two year program. The company focuses on M&A, growth, financing, and buyouts for emerging growth technology companies. Contract Employee Benefits:
  • Health and Dental
    • Contract employees are eligible for subsidized health and dental insurance coverage upon completion of 120 hours on assignment within four (4) consecutive weeks working a minimum of thirty (30) hours per week.

Responsibilities for the Investment Analyst:
  • Live deal execution where analysts will work directly with senior team members and frequently interact with clients
  • Market analysis and research
  • Financial analysis
  • Pitch book preparation
  • Maintenance of industry M&A activity reports
  • Financial modeling
  • Business development
  • Pitch preparation and deal execution with focus on M&A
  • Public and private financing
  • Buyout assignments

Requirements for the Investment Analyst:
  • Strong passion to strive in a fast paced and entrepreneurial investment banking environment

  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
