Our client in Brighton, MA is looking for a Learning Support Specialist to join their team. Responsibilities for the Learning Support Specialist:
  • Analyze client data and compare results to defined implementation goals
  • Conduct formal quarterly meetings with client team to share client data, discuss success metrics, and offer implementation advice for course correction
  • Partner with Global Delivery to ensure decisions made during installation phase are executed by the client
  • Partner with Sales to enhance client relationships
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients

Requirements for the Learning Support Specialist:
  • Bachelor’ s degree
  • Three to six years of experience in a client support or client relationship management role
  • Travel requirement approximately 15-20% across a calendar year
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship                     

  Contract Employee Benefits:
