Job Description
A start up company in Framingham, MA is looking for a Sr. FP&A Analyst / Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) who will report to the VP of Finance and be a trusted analytical business partner. They offer amazing benefits and tons of flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the VP of Finance you will oversee the cash management and cash forecasting
- Partner with accounting team to do the month end close assurance and reconciliation based on the budget and forecast
- Responsible for heavy consolidations of financials
- Work daily within budgeting and forecasting of recently purchased companies
- Understanding of acquisitions and integrations very helpful
- HR integration (offer letters, comp analysis, benefit enrollment & analysis)
- Financial Reporting and KPI’ s
- Tax compliance to help register new companies to ensure filings are submitted at subs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 4-6 years of relevant experience is required
- Strong analytical person who understands the needs for internal controls
- QuickBooks knowledge very helpful and past software implementation a plus
- Must be deadline driven, organized, and able to multi-task
