KNF&T is recruiting a Marketing Coordinator with 2+ years’ experience for the Western Philadelphia location of a nationally trusted DNA testing company. Our client is the leader in paternity, prenatal and immigration service DNA testing, and the right candidate will be critical to the success of customer satisfaction. Full training will be provided. Responsibilities for the Marketing Coordinator:
  • Understand and analyze customer needs, listen actively
  • Explain and promote products and services professionally
  • Collaborate and work effectively with others
  • Cope with difficult customer situations
  • Assist clients face to face and over the phone
  • Call on Dr.’ s offices, attorneys and immigration agencies via phone and in person
  • Distribute marketing materials
  • Maintain and sustain company goals
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • React to opportunities
  • Meet/exceed performance standards set
  • Take initiative to help team members when needed
  • Adhere to compliance regulations and policies
  • Track revenue generated from this facility
  • Input data related to call activity
  • Stay organized and keep schedules
  • Keep an updated client base via ZOHO
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Find solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Should analyze the customer problem properly and provide logical solutions
  • Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary
  • Use standard software packages
  • Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned or as become evident
Requirements for the Marketing Coordinator:
  • 2-3 years sales/marketing experience
  • High school diploma
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Successful completion of client services training and passing cumulative score of 90% on quiz’ s and tests
  • Capable of understanding and explaining basic customer information
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Completion of HIPPA training
  • Ability to demonstrate and uphold the highest levels of ethical behavior and confidentiality
  • Prior sales and/or marketing experience preferred
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
