Responsibilities for the Marketing Coordinator:
  • Create, proofread and copyedit client-facing and internal marketing communications
  • Lead the sourcing, writing, editing a placement of daily intranet “ Difference Makers” entry
  • Coordinate with communications team on public relations and publicity opportunities
  • Coordinate with communications team on sponsorship and event-related advertisements
  • Provide support on marketing and business development projects and initiatives
  • Assist with preparation of pitches, proposals, presentations and other client-facing materials, utilizing existing content and, when needed, creating new content
  • Assist with the coordination of practice group events, sponsorships, speaking engagements, etc.
  • Maintain all aspects of the firm’ s CRM system, ContactEase, and its integration with other databases and information tools utilized by the firm
  • Support communications team on day-to-day operations of the firm’ s social media/online presence, including LinkedIn, internal blog, website, alumni program, etc.
  • Assemble and track rankings/surveys
  • Manage directory subscriptions, listings and submissions schedule
Requirements for the Marketing Coordinator:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent required; marketing/business/communications or other related degree preferred
  • 3-4 years of law firm experience preferred. Business Development experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of MS Access, website content management systems and CRM preferred
  • Willing to work additional hours as needed
  • Experience with blue print reading and use of calipers preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints, military specifications and industry standards
  • Experience using calipers, micrometers, pin gauges and other basic inspection tools
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
