Our client in Boston, MA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager and with company’ s Principals. This position has a primary focus on the creation, development, and completion of proposals and qualifications, interviews and awards submissions with a supporting role in a variety of other marketing and communications activities. Salary: $50K-$65K

Responsibilities for the Marketing Coordinator:
  • Work with the marketing manager and firm leaders and generate writing and graphic content
  • Create high-quality, customized proposals, qualifications, brochure packages, and award submissions
  • Prepare for project interviews and presentations including developing PowerPoint presentations and participation in rehearsals
  • Create publications, advertisements, emailers, displays, and other marketing materials as needed
  • Coordinate and contribute to pursuits including consultant team coordination, meeting scheduling, and production scheduling
  • Responsible for maintaining marketing collateral, information libraries, and databases
  • Develop a strong understanding of projects and markets; contribute to marketing strategy
  • Contribute to and participate in a variety of activities when needed to support various PR, business development, internal, and external communications including website and social media
Requirements for the Marketing Coordinator:
  • Bachelor’ s degree in marketing and communications, journalism, English, or public relations is strongly preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience are required, ideally in an A/E/C marketing or public relations role, or similar marketing experience
  • Excellent generative writing, copy editing, and proofreading skills are required
  • Strong graphic design sensibility
  • Self-motivated, flexible, adaptable
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment, on multiple concurrent projects with the ability to adapt and respond to changing deadlines and priorities
  • Strong communication/relationship building skills, timely and accurate information-sharing, and outstanding organizational skills are a must
  • Understanding of concepts, practices and procedures in the architectural design profession are a plus
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite are required - especially Indesign
  • Experience with MS Office, Deltek Vision, social media platforms, and WordPress are ideal
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
