Compensation: Up to $120K

Responsibilities for the Marketing Manager:
  • Communicate with the ability to negotiate with and influence others at a senior level, both internally and externally
  • Lead and manage day-to day with internal and external partners to ensure work is collaborative in order to optimize our marketing investment
  • Be accountable for initial budget creation, ongoing forecasting and delivering budgeted goals including strategic/tactical “ pivot” recommendations as needed
  • Work with third party partners, strategic partners, and other key stakeholders to gain input/perspective to inform marketing programs
Requirements for the Marketing Manager:
  • Bachelor’ s degree,  MBA a plus
  • Minimum of 7-10 years marketing experience with strong background delivery fully integrated campaigns
  • Ability to implement best practices when it comes to developing, launching and measuring all print, digital and social media marketing outreach
  • Possess a proven previous path of planning, partnering, prioritizing projects and programs
  • You hold quality control in high regard and take great pride as you manage the day-to day marketing operations
  • You have a keen eye for analyzing
  • You have a unique ability to take a complex product and effectively convey the benefits to our stakeholders
  • Ability to operate the marketing expenses and paid media budgets for the Electrical portfolio of products and solutions
  • Highly skilled communicator and you aren’ t afraid to ask the critical questions
  • Demonstrate experience delivering results across multiple channels
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
