Responsibilities for the Marketing Manager:
  • Develop SEO campaigns 
  • Work with the Chief Executive Officer/Executive Producer to develop, plan and execute all marketing related tasks at both venues
  • Maintenance of websites with external company
  • Responsible for social media posts, blog posts and emails
  • Create all ad copy, including radio scripts, press releases, email broadcasts, brochures, web content, etc.
  • Provide customer service via social media and review sites such as Yelp and Tripadvisor
  • Responsible for venue sponsorship (commission based)
  • Negotiate rates with local media representatives
  • Direct contact with major live music Talent Agencies
  • Plan, execute, and track effectiveness of campaigns and provide reports using programs such as Google Analytics
  • Build relationships and rapport with local media to arrange interviews and reviews, coordinate interview requests from local media
  • Assist Controller with year-end audit requirements related to Marketing, advertising, trade and promotions
  • Coordinate with Box Office Manager on Club Membership Campaigns
  • Assist in general phone duties when needed, assist with memberships, gift cards, questions and concerns as needed
  • Communicate regularly to all necessary staff

Requirements for the Marketing Manager:
  • Ideal candidate is well versed in Omni-channel marketing
  • Public relations and sales skills a plus
  • Experience in purchasing traditional, digital and emerging media advertising
  • Ability to analyze needs and provide advertising recommendations
  • Write and distribute news releases, media advisories and calendar listings
  • Must have highly effective interpersonal skills, be resourceful and forward thinking, and have the ability to work well under pressure, multi task, and consistently meet deadlines
  • Tech savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Mail Chimp, Filemaker, Social Media, and Wordpress
  • Design skills a plus
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
