Our prominent healthcare client in Boston, MA is looking for a Medical Records Specialist to join their team. In this contract role, you will make requests for patient’ s summaries of medical care and test results so that you can eventually follow-up. Responsibilities & Requirements for the Accounting Analyst:

Make requests for patient summaries of medical care and test results and follow up until received by due date/time

Keep a record of all correspondence and provide follow-up

Work in collaboration with practice assistants to ensure patient care coordination needs are fulfilled

Accurately scan and import all medical records/test results received

Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office

Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail

Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship                     

 

Contract Employee Benefits:
