Requirements for the Office Administrator:
  • Must provide a high level of customer service
  • Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively and professionally across all teams including PIs/Researchers
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Familiar with all printer functions: copying, scanning, faxing
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
