Our client in Westborough, MA is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team. In this contract-to-hire role, you will support the sales staff, technical staff, and management through a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities for the Office Administrator:
  • Learn and apply knowledge of Client products
  • Provide a variety of customer services through mail, telephone and Email.
  • Provide order entry, pricing, delivery information to customers.
  • Resolve customer questions, complaints and requests
  • Process adjustments with purchase orders and billing
  • Set up new accounts
  • Maintain records
  • Prepare required reports and performs typing/word processing assignments and related clerical duties
  • Understand and adheres to company policies and procedures
  • Daily contact with Factory Representatives in Japan and customers in off-shore locations

Requirements for the Office Administrator:
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship                     

  Contract Employee Benefits:
  • Health and Dental
    • Contract employees are eligible for subsidized health and dental insurance coverage upon completion of 120 hours on assignment within four (4) consecutive weeks working a minimum of thirty (30) hours per week.
