Responsibilities for the Office Manager/Administrative Assistant:
  • Help manage and maintain a well-functioning office
  • Monitor office supplies and maintain appropriate stock
  • Organize and clean up around the office daily
  • Organize company meals and unique company benefits
  • Help organize, schedule, and setup/break down meetings for company
  • Answer/direct phone calls and greet visitors at door
  • Schedule business travel for employees
  • Streamline office repairs and other maintenance when necessary
  • Work on month end reporting for various teams
  • Negotiate prices for goods and services
  • Plan and coordinate company events
  • Support staff on a variety of ad hoc projects

Requirements for the Office Manager/Administrative Assistant:
  • Very strong oral and written communication in English
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
