Our client in Boston, MA is seeking an Office Manager for their housing property. You will assist in overseeing numerous aspects of managing the facility, including: managing vendors, work orders, administrative tasks, invoicing, etc. If you have outstanding customer service skills and are able to promote excellence within yourself, your staff, and throughout the community, then we’ d love to chat!

Requirements for the Office Manager:
  • Bilingual in English/Russian required
  • 2 years of customer service/administrative experience with residential properties
  • Prior experience with property management software
  • 2 years’ experience in property management
  • College degree preferred
  • Ability to supervise employees, contractors and vendors 
  • Organized, efficient, can prioritize, have excellent follow-up and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
