As the Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for the company, welcoming and greeting all clients and visitors. Responsibilities for the Office Manager:
  • Perform general office maintenance
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Address customer issues
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Order front office and kitchen supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Run customer reports
  • Coordinate office vendors
  • Coordinate food and beverage orders for internal meetings
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare itineraries as needed
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Requirements for the Office Manager:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years of professional office experience
  • Ability to handle and support multiple projects concurrently
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
