Responsibilities for the Online Content Project Manager:
  • Collaborate with product marketing, globalization, and product launch teams to scope product content needs, establish goals, and identify publishing dates
  • Manage online content creation and publishing
  • Manage projects by collaborating cross-functionally with teams that provide content and services
  • Define detailed project plans, monitor progress, risks, and risk mitigations
  • Maintain quality control: review, approve, and address quality issues as needed
  • Listen and collaborate to understand challenges, and work cross-functionally to find solutions
  • Serve as the first line of contact for updating and maintaining published content
  • Partner cross-functionally to determine updates needed and publish modifications
Requirements for the Online Content Project Manager:
  • 5+ years of experience managing technical projects
  • Project managing online web content preferred
  • 5+ years of experience defining project schedules and managing projects
  • Experience using project management tools (SmartSheets, Clarizen, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, etc.)
  • Experience optimizing content for search engines preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • Experience managing projects using an agile tools (Jira, VersionOne, Pivotal Tracker, etc)
  • Experience managing projects using Scrum preferred
  • Bachelor’ s Degree preferred
  • Local candidate preferred - open to remote/flex schedule (2-3 days/week from home)
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
