Compensation: Up to $80K + Bonus

Responsibilities for the Operations Analyst:
  • Produce quarterly reports for existing investors
  • Perform portfolio valuation analyses necessary for the annual audit and for overall management of the portfolio
  • Compile historical and projected performance data
  • Measure and benchmark investment, portfolio and fund performance
  • Prepare portfolio update presentations for existing investors as well as marketing materials to facilitate active fundraising efforts for the emerging markets strategy
  • Collaborate with other Firm departments including accounting, investor relations, legal and compliance to produce key documents and investor requests
  • Review and provide comments from an operations perspective on legal documents (LPAs, etc.) prior to making investments
  • Track and communicate status of compliance with investment restrictions to Director of Emerging Markets Investments
  • Assist with cash management
  • Complete ad-hoc and special projects
Requirements for the Operations Analyst:
  • Bachelor’ s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Two years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or operations role within the financial services industry
  • Detailed knowledge of financial valuation techniques
  • Significant modeling and accounting experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate complex topics to management in an effective manner
  • Confidence to interact with Partners and senior management within the Firm
  • Superior work ethic and proven presence, maturity and credibility
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
