Requirements for the Administrative Coordinator:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related course of study with accounting and/or medical billing knowledge preferred
  • Solid analytical, problem solving and strong attention to detail skills
  • Exceptional customer service and the ability to communicate well
  • Maintain a professional relationship with insured's, injured workers, medical professionals and internal management regarding status of claims and bills related to claims
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
