A Boston based investment firm with a very rich benefits package is seeking a Partner’ s Executive Assistant to join a dynamic work environment. In this role, you will be an integral part of a highly efficient, effective and collaborative ten-person Executive Assistant team. This position will be responsible for providing administrative (25%) and personal support (75%) to three Partners, as well as ad hoc support of other senior executives as needed. Apply today!

Responsibilities for the Partner’ s Executive Assistant:
  • Provide excellent administrative and personal support to three Partners
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with executive assistant colleagues to ensure continuity, prioritization and completion of work for the Partners
  • Liaise with both external and internal “ clients” on behalf of the Partners; serve as professional, solutions-oriented extension of the Partners, demonstrating excellent client service skills
Requirements for the Partner’ s Executive Assistant:
  • Undergraduate degree with 3+ years professional experience in a direct administrative support role to one or more senior level executives, financial industry experience and personal support experience preferred
  • Outstanding thoroughness, attention to detail, and accuracy in work product
  • Demonstrated experience managing a complex calendar
  • Reputation for demonstrating integrity and commitment, maintaining discretion at all times
  • Proven ability to exercise exemplary judgment and think critically with strong problem solving skills
  • Skilled in thinking ahead to anticipate needs of others
  • Ability to work independently while at the same time work effectively in a collaborative structure and with personnel throughout every level of the company
  • Aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment while maintaining superior time management, prioritization, organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Willingness to take on additional work outside of direct responsibilities
  • Advanced level Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
