Shift8: 00am to 4: 30pm, 8: 30am to 5: 00pm, 9: 00am to 5: 30pm

Department: Financial Scheduling 

Pay Rate: $18.30

Location:  Worcester

Medical Customer Service Representative job description:

Under the direction of the manager and supervisor of customer service performs a variety of administrative duties including dissemination of results, answering questions regarding specimen requirement, specimen collection procedures, turn– around times, and coordinating the delivery of electronic and paper reports.

Medical Customer Service Representative requirements:
  •   Must have proven customer service both in person and via phone.
  • Preferred referral or authorization experience
  • Preferred Insurance eligibility experience
  • Must have strong computer skills such as data entry, and email correspondence
  • Ability to work within a collaborative team, multi-task and communication skills
  • Preferred Epic EMR experience
  • Must have experience working in a medical office
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
