Job Description

A dental practice within a community health center’ s organization is looking for two polished Patient Service Representatives to assist their call lines and back office needs. Ideal applicants should have prior healthcare experience and have great customer service skills. Length of contract is 2 months. Roles are onsite in Boston, MA and seeking local talent only.

Responsibility of Patient Service Representative:

  • Assist high-volume call lines related to registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up
  • Update patient demographic information
  • Input insurance information
  • Additional ad hoc administrative tasks as requested by manager


Requirements of the Patient Service Representative:

  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting (required)
  • Prior experience in a dental office (preferred)
  • Knowledge of EMR systems
  • Ability to take high volume calls


Hours: position is onsite, 8: 30am-5pm, 1 late day and rotating weekend Saturday work
