Our client in Boston, MA is looking for a Payroll & HRIS Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing and reconciliation of semi-monthly and bi-weekly US payroll. Compensation: Up to $60K

Responsibilities for the Payroll & HRIS Coordinator:
  • Timely and accurate processing and reconciliation of semi-monthly and bi-weekly US payrolls
  • Ensure compliance with payroll, tax, legal and Firm policies and best practices
  • Enter payroll-related changes in both the payroll and HRIS systems including approving address changes, updating tax information, changes in pay rate, special payments, etc.
  • Maintain and update the payroll daily cash sheet; enters ad hoc journal entries into the Firm's Accounting & Finance system as necessary
  • Maintain all HR data tracked in the Firm's Accounting & Finance system
  • Work closely with the HR and benefits teams to ensure the integrity of all data being entered
  • Research and resolve discrepancies; handle routine inquiries from third-party vendors
  • Assist with creating and running payroll and HR reports using various business intelligence tools

Requirements for the Payroll & HRIS Coordinator:
  • Bachelor’ s degree
  • Two to four years of experience in a corporate environment
  • Experience with Paylocity and/or Aderant Expert is a plus
  • Payroll processing. HRIS, and Accounting experience is a plus
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
