Responsibilities for the Procurement Clerk:
  • Compile requests for materials
  • Prepare purchase orders
  • Keep track of purchases and supplies
  • Handle order inquiries
  • Make sure that purchases arrive on schedule and meet the specifications identified by the purchaser
  • Generally reports to a Supervisor or Manager

Requirements for the Procurement Clerk:
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
