Our prominent higher education client in Boston, MA is looking for a Program Coordinator to join their team. In this contract role, you will have direct responsibility for programs, events, and projects occurring at the center. If you have at least two years of related experience, apply today!

Responsibilities for the Program Coordinator:
  • Manage the planning/ coordination of events such as monthly seminar series, annual conferences, and working-group meetings
  • Point person for arranging extensive domestic and international travel for the Center
  • Assist with financial duties, such as processing reimbursements, invoices, corporate cards
  • Handle four faculty members’ administrative needs, ranging from calendar maintenance, arranging meetings, submitting manuscripts, data storage records, and general operations
  • Keep the Center's office running smoothly, preemptively determining the items that need to be ordered, maintained, or fixed as well as arranging visitor passes, greeting visitors and assisting with onboarding new appointments
  • Update CVs, biosketches, and publications for the Center's faculty members
  • Assist with maintaining the Center's social media presence
  • Manage all publications related to the Center
  • Assist with streamlining office procedures

Requirements for the Program Coordinator:
  • Two to five years of related experience
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship                     

Contract Employee Benefits:
