Our client in Boston, MA is seeking a Project Analyst/Quality Analyst to join their team. In this contract, you will report to the Claims Legal group and be responsible for auditing the reviews of certain homeowners claim files from 2008-2012. A team of initial reviewers are being asked to answer questions about the existence of, damage to, and payment for soft metal items on homes. Your role is to review in detail the initial file reviewer’ s performance and either certify the review for payment or amend the review. Apply today!

Requirements for the Project Analyst/Quality Analyst:
  • Audit the reviews of certain homeowners claim files from 2008-2012
  • Answer questions about the existence of, damage to, and payment for soft metal items on homes
  • Review in detail the initial file reviewer’ s performance and either certify the review for payment or amend the review while applying predetermined training guidelines
  • Ability to succinctly provide commentary within each review
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship                     

Contract Employee Benefits:
