A top medical center in Boston, MA is searching for a Project Coordinator on a contract basis. This role includes organizing and maintaining program and project files within the database. In this position, you will also work directly with faculty and other colleagues to coordinate education programs.

Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator:
  • Assure appropriate implementation and maintenance of OCE and national accreditation standards in all Continuing Education activities, web-based activities, journals, and live conferences.
  • Organize and maintain program/ project files and databases to ensure compliance with national accrediting bodies
  • Update applications and other forms for data entry
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate for accreditation purposes and creates accreditation reports
  • Coordinate and provide support for various activities
  • Work directly with other colleagues to coordinate aspects of continuing education programming and logistics
  • Produce a variety of documents and reports, responds to inquiries, and provides information to constituents

Requirements for the Project Coordinator:  
  • High School or GED
  • 5+ years of related experience OR Bachelor’ s Degree and 0-3 years of related experience
  • Familiar with CE standards, requirements, and policies of the ACCME, AMA, ANCC, ACPE, and other health care organizations/ accrediting bodies
  • Familiar with adult learning principles
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
