A global company in Framingham, MA is seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager I to help their Own Brand team power the greatest assortment transformation in the company’ s history. This is a contract role where you will help ensure compliance to the company’ s ethical, legal, and quality policies. This position is responsible for the project management and reporting functions of the factory audit program, as well as implementation of any product or process changes due to regulatory changes. This person will act as the liaison between the third-party audit service provider, Sourcing Team, and the Product Team, and will report into the Director of Own Brand Regulatory Compliance, Quality, and Process Excellence. Responsibilities for the Project Manager I:
  • Set up and inactivate factories in Enovia PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system
  • Answer questions related to audit program, policy, and process (including those related to delays)
  • Coordinate between Factory Certifications Team and Product and Sourcing Teams to keep quality and social accountability audit compliance up to date
  • Create audit compliance reporting (both forward and back-looking) and share with Product and Sourcing teams to improve compliance
  • Act as project manager to ensure deliverables are completed thoroughly and on time by various cross-functional team members for any regulatory update projects
Requirements for the Project Manager I:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Ability to read and direct the work of others
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
