Our prominent higher education client in Boston, MA is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will Identify, plan, and execute complex advisory projects that allow Internal Audit & Advisory Service to solve critical and strategic issues. Compensation: up to $90K

  Responsibilities for the Project Manager:
  • Coordinate and complete projects on-time, within budget and scope
  • Use recognized methodologies and tools to objectively assess University processes
  • Gather and analyzing data to draw meaningful conclusions
  • Document current and future state business process flows
  • Perform root cause analyses
  • Compile and present information orally, visually, and in writing
  • Formulate actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Identify ways that our department can assist university leaders in achieving strategic objectives

  Requirements for the Project Manager:
  • Bachelor’ s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
  • Master’ s degree preferred
  • At least five years of experience in consulting, auditing, business process improvement, or a similar role
  • Professional certification (CPA, CIA, Six Sigma, PMP) is desirable
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
