Our client in Charlestown, MA is looking for a Receptionist to join their team. In this contract role, you will provide administrative support to the company’ s various departments, greeting visitors, answering phones, and much more. Compensation: $15/hr

Responsibilities for the Receptionist
  • Provide front desk reception, greets public
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and inquiries
  • Accept and distribute deliveries
  • Manage outgoing mail
  • Manage office supply needs
  • Manage office machinery supplies and places repair requests as needed
  • Provide administrative support as needed to all departments – data entry, telephone & email correspondence, printing, faxing, filing, copying, etc.
  • Provide administrative support and assists with duties assigned by Estimator and Assistant Project Manager
  • Manage certified payroll compliance system

Requirements for the Receptionist:
  • High school diploma
  • Two years of related experience
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship                     

Contract Employee Benefits:
