Responsibilities for the Recruiting Coordinator:          
  • Lead the new hire onboarding process
  • Communicate via email, phone, or in person with newly hired employees to ensure successful
  • Update the ambulatory grid with required new employee information to complete enrollment for new employee ambulatory training
  • Complete all new hire packets and submit to the New Hire Coordinator for keying-in to the HRIS system
  • Manager logistics of New Employee Orientation
  • Facilitate NEO check-in, I-9 authorization, computer session facilitation and other related event
  • support
  • Guide new employees through Computer sessions and Benefit Enrollment
  • Triage with the New Hire Coordinator systems access for new employees
  • Coordinate external career events
  • Support talent acquisition partners with all online specialty job postings and generate Monthly Courtesy postings as requested by hiring departments in the Taleo applicant tracking system
  • Assist training hiring managers in the use of the Applicant Tracking System
  • Act as a resource in the creation of advertising and sourcing

Requirements for the Recruiting Coordinator:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree or relevant work experience
  • 1-3 years’ applicable experience in business
  • Experience with Human Resources 
  • Previous experience in using an Applicant Tracking System
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship                     

Contract Employee Benefits:

    • Contract employees are eligible for subsidized health and dental insurance coverage upon completion of 120 hours on assignment within four (4) consecutive weeks working a minimum of thirty (30) hours per week.
