KNF&T Staffing Resources, an award-winning, woman-owned staffing firm, is seeking an  Entry Level Recruiter to join our team in Westborough, MA.  As the Entry Level Recruiter, you will play a key role in the sourcing and recruiting process here at KNF&T. A key area of focus will be finding talented local candidates that our recruiters will interview and place at our open positions. Responsibilities for the Entry Level Recruiter:
  • Partner with Staffing Consultants to understand talent needs and create an effective search strategy to recruit candidates through our internal database
  • Execute searches to generate a pool of candidates that recruiters can use to staff open positions and create candidate pipelines for future needs
  • Proactively research and seek out new sourcing strategies in order to increase candidate pipeline
  • Speak with candidates via phone to qualify their skill set/competencies, availability, interest level, pay range, etc. for current or potential positions
  • Schedule candidates for internal interviews with Staffing Consultants
  • Utilize our applicant tracking system to maintain candidate information and reporting
  • Maintain compliance and administer documents for on-boarding such as CORI, I9, Background and Education checks while working closely with our major vendors
  • Take ownership of administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting guests, sending faxes, and scanning documents

Requirements for the Entry Level Recruiter:
  • Bachelor’ s degree
  • At least one year of prior sourcing/recruiting experience preferred
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
