Our client in Hampstead, NH is seeking a Recruitment Manager to join their team. As the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting; recruit, screen and recommended placement of teammates by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external) to identify passive, qualified candidates. Responsibilities for the Recruitment Manager:

Sourcing
  • Utilize various methods including social media platforms to search for, assess and connect with potential candidates for our highest priority positions
  • Interact with sourced candidates to build a rapport and identify if a mutually beneficial opportunity exists for employment
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting and building network to find qualified passive candidates
  • Create network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees by locating and documenting where to find ideal candidates

Strategy
  • Develop and drive strategy for overall corporate recruitment initiatives and projected needs
  • Manage the hiring process of all company-wide positions
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans with hiring managers involved including: planning meetings, individualized job postings, interview plans, efficiently and effectively filling positions, conducting follow-up with managers, and developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Manage recruitment budget and organizational recruitment plans
  • Ensure services and policies are in compliance with company, professional standards and state and federal laws and regulations
  • Responsible for weekly review of recruitment related analytics to determine effectiveness and ROI
  • Constant evaluation of all implemented programs’ effectiveness and adjust accordingly for continued success

Outreach
  • Responsible for posting job openings with appropriate recruiting avenues, social media, newspaper advertisement, professional organizations, utilizing Internet for recruitment and sourcing candidates for hourly and salaried positions
  • Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads, creating contacts within industry, attending local professional meeting and membership development meeting and maintaining regular contact with future candidates
  • Coordinate and implement initiatives for attending career fairs for recruiting and company recognition, developing working relationships with all types of schools, professional associations etc.
  • Communicate with and manage external recruiters

Requirements for the Recruitment Manager:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree in related field desirable
  • Experience dealing with high volume recruitment and hard to fill positions required
  • At least 7 years’ recruitment experience, which includes at least 2 years’ experience in a construction or fabrication/manufacturing environment required
  • Knowledge of successful sources for heavy, civil industrial and steel fabrication recruitment candidates highly desirable
  • Ability to travel to job fairs, college visits, career fairs required
  • Advanced presentation, phone and computer skills, competency to learn additional applicable software, knowledge of various HRIS and ATS platforms required
  • Thorough knowledge of all relevant Federal, State, and Local laws that govern recruitment and employment desirable
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills, including group facilitation
  • Ability to organize/prioritize work, manage multiple task and projects while functioning effectively as a self-directed leader of multiple initiatives
  • Must have a high sense of urgency, willingness to succeed, and a team player mindset
  • Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
  • Gather and analyze data and information skillfully
  • Excellent interpersonal and employee relations skills
  • Ability to work with all levels within the organization
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
