Our client in Brighton, MA is seeking a Recruitment Support Specialist to join their team. As the Recruitment Support Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of managing the company’ s non-regular employee population, including sourcing, recruiting, administration and process improvement. You will interact with and support hiring managers within the company’ s three primary businesses, as well as at the Enterprise level. Responsibilities for the Recruitment Support Specialist:
  • Ensure adherence to hiring policies and processes related to the proper completion and submission of hiring requests for all non-regular employees
  • Communicate time-sensitive information to managers regarding the status of their non-regular employees’ contracts, end dates, and system access
  • Maintain accurate records in Job Science for HBP’ s non-regular population
  • Act as point of contact for all agencies involved in the sourcing and recruitment of all non-regular staff
  • Provide recruitment support as directed by manager, including assisting with permanent recruiting, as needed
  • Work with other Human Resource staff, Information Technology, Facilities and Administration, and hiring managers to streamline current processes and identify process improvements
  • Manage non-regular employee population as talent pipeline for both regular and non-regular positions
  • Manage relationships with temporary placement agencies
Requirements for the Recruitment Support Specialist:
  • Bachelor’ s degree
  • 2-3 years of fast-paced, high volume recruiting experience
  • Significant hands-on administrative experience
  • MS Office skills. Ability to learn new applications, including applicant tracking systems required
  • Prior experience with Job Science highly desirable
  • Proven ability to multi-task and keep pace with a demanding workload
  • Long-term career interest in recruiting or human resources
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Innovative and solution focused; interest in improving processes
  • Collaborative, enjoys being part of a team and works well with others
  • Organized, detail oriented
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in all situations; customer focused
