An industry leader in Concord, MA is seeking a Remote Support Specialist to join their team. In this contract role, you will have a two week training period in the company’ s facility in Waltham, MA before working remotely, supporting in bound social media queries. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly social and engaging individual with a passion to solve problems with customers as part of the Customer Care Team. This position requires someone who is comfortable with the use of technology and patient in working with users that are less technology savvy over the phone. Responsibilities for the Remote Support Specialist:
  • Record, identify and resolve Level 1 incidents
  • Record, identify and escalate level 2 problems
  • Support the broader organization in resolving issues
  • Follow up on incidents and reaching out to customer on resolution and/or incident updates
Requirements for the Remote Support Specialist:
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Passionate about supporting users
  • Driven by details
  • Task orientated
