Hours: 8am-4pm

Responsibilities for the Senior Administrative Assistant:
  • Provide quality customer service to a wide variety of people
  • Provide applications, explains application process and explains eligibility guidelines to prospective tenants
  • Accept applications and enters information from applications into ledgers and database
  • Collect, interpret and process applicant information to determine eligibility for all subsidized housing programs
  • Complete annual re-certifications for Federal and State voucher and certificate program applicants
  • Annual inspections
  • Collect and maintain apartment listings from landlords
  • Answer phones and directs all incoming phone calls
  • Screen telephone calls and takes messages
  • Greet participants and directs them to appropriate representative.
  • Open, date stamps, and distribute all incoming phone calls
  • Screen telephone calls and takes messages
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, equipment and special supplies for office machines
  • Perform a variety of light clerical duties including but not limited to typing, keyboarding, photocopying, and faxing
Requirements for the Senior Administrative Assistant:
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship                     

Contract Employee Benefits:
