Compensation: 65K-72K base + Overtime based on experience

Our client in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Associate to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for all Investment support as well as managing many of the investment processes, including investor relations, system support and interfacing with other third-party service providers (banks, brokerages and insurance providers). Other responsibilities include data analytics into the client reporting software, to compiling quarterly reports for limited partners and from investor correspondence to addressing the accounts payables and receivables for the clients. The Senior Associate will work closely with the Fund Controllers and Alternative Investment Managers. Apply today!    

Responsibilities for the Senior Associate:
  • Perform Data Analytics for all Client Software programs
  • Provide investment support to the Fund Controllers and Engagement Managers
  • Assist with the preparation of information and data for Capital Calls, Distributions and Allocations to investors
  • Correspond with investors’ requests regarding the fund information
  • Oversee the clients’ management companies accounts payables and receivables
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and Co-Investment accounts
  • Assist with the Quarterly Reporting to the Limited Partners

Requirements for the Senior Associate:
  • Bachelor's Degree required (Finance/Accounting/Economics concentration preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience within Investment, Custody, Private Equity, Alternative Investments or similar experience
  • Knowledge of various investment accounting concepts (knowledge of alternative investments is a plus)
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
