Our client in Boston, MA is looking for an Office Manager  to join their team. In this role, you will be partnering with senior leads to program spaces and drawing distinctions between business needs and space availability to make the best recommendations possible. Compensation: Up to $100K

Responsibilities for the Office Manager:
  • Develop timelines, project plans and communications for space- related initiatives
  • Manage project buildouts and moves, including soliciting and managing quotes
  • Own and maintain AutoCAD floorplans with seating allocations; produce and format ongoing space planning reports
  • Partner with HR to understand ongoing headcount needs and demonstrate an expert command on all internal space constraints, incorporating up-to-date
  • Coordinate facilities operations best practices for the US and international offices; identify methods to ensure space integrity and serve as an escalation point on space related issues across all offices
  • Manage tracking and coordination of US office assets (e.g. artwork and plant inventory, preventative maintenance calendar, file cabinet location/ownership, etc.)
  • Manage space-related vendors: evaluate cost, quality and services provided while making thoughtful recommendations on improvements; ensure alignment with firm vendor guidelines and approval processes

  Requirements for the Office Manager:
  • Undergraduate degree with at least seven years of space planning or facilities management
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with vendor and inventory management
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
