Our client in Somerville, MA is looking for a Senior Paralegal to join their team. In this contract role, you will be responsible for handling the documentation required for state annual report and charitable organization filings. Responsibilities for the Senior Paralegal:
  • Work with external vendor to facilitate annual report and charitable organization filings including handling all internal logistics
  • Identify and transmit corporate records and documents of governance to vendor in a timely way.
  • Assist with the execution process for documents
  • Assist in maintaining corporate documents
  • Maintain records according to established systems

Requirements for the Senior Paralegal:
  • Bachelor’ s degree
  • At least three years of corporate paralegal experience
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
