We're looking for someone to help find the right candidates to fill open jobs with our clients, and build a relationship with those candidates by acting as a resource throughout their time on assignment. Building and maintaining relationships with clients is equally important in this role, ensuring we are sending the most appropriate candidates to fill their available positions. Compensation for this role is commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities for the Senior Recruiter:
  • Find and screen candidates using various websites and resources, including job search sites, career fairs, referrals, and more
  • Create a pipeline of candidates to use for future open jobs
  • Research and seek out new sourcing strategies in order to increase candidate pipeline
  • Increase the level of candidate flow in order to service our clients in the fastest and most efficient way possible
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates on a continual basis through e-mail, calls, social media, and networking
  • Screen candidates via phone and in-person interviews to assess skill set and other key details needed to ascertain fit with open positions 
  • Recruit, interview, retain, coach and develop candidates

  Requirements for the Senior Recruiter:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • 2-4 years of prior recruiting experience and/or client service experience
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to problem solve
  • Must be proficient in MS Office programs, especially Outlook
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) is preferred
  • Comfortable with meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Technically savvy with the ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are required
  • Ability to work with a team and independently
  • Must be able to maintain a level of confidentiality
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
