Compensation for this role is commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities for the Senior Recruiter:
  • Responsible for executing search techniques to generate a pool of candidates necessary to staff open positions and create candidate pipelines for future needs
  • Strive to increase the level of candidate flow in order to service our clients in the fastest and most efficient way possible
  • Proactively research and seek out new sourcing strategies in order to increase candidate pipeline
  • Build relationships with potential candidates on a continual basis through e-mail, calls, social media, and networking
  • Qualify candidates for needed skill set/competencies, availability, interest level, pay range, etc. for current or potential positions
  • Recruit, interview, retain, coach and develop Talent, understanding their needs and helping them meet their professional goals

  Requirements for the Senior Recruiter:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • 2-4 years of prior recruiting experience and/or client service experience
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Must be proficient in MS Office programs, primarily Outlook. Experience with an ATS is preferred
  • Comfortable with meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Must be technically savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are required
  • Ability to work with a team, while also working independently, is essential
  • Must be able to maintain a level of confidentiality
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
