Responsibilities for the Sourcer:
  • Develop and execute a range of planned sourcing strategies to generate a strong and diverse candidate pipeline
  • Update ATS (Workday) to accurately reflect candidate status
  • Maintain routine and proactive communication with Talent Acquisition colleagues to update on status of sourcing and screening results
  • Ensure that timely and professional status updates are relayed to candidates and employees who have referred candidates
Requirements for the Sourcer:
  • Prior sourcing/screening experience required (agency experience preferred)
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees
  • Proficiency with Technology: WorkDay ATS, Internet technologies, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
