A leading financial services company in Boston’ s Financial Center is seeking a Senior Cash Analyst to join their team. In this contract-to-hire role, you will perform reviews of daily cash deliverables to ensure timely completion and client delivery. Responsibilities for the Senior Cash Analyst:
  • Ensure daily cash deliverables and reporting are produced timely and accurately
  • Act as first point of escalation for clients and client cash representatives
  • Ensure all internal and external client cash inquiries are responded to timely and accurately and in accordance with Global Cash Services standards
  • Assist client cash representatives with complex issues/inquiries
  • Communicate issues effectively to internal and external clients as necessary.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of client's normal cash practices and deadlines.
  • Work to foster strong working relationships
  • Coordinate cross training within the group and assist with coverage during staff absences
  • Efficiently utilize Company systems and tools/cash products to maximize productivity
  • Ensure proper client documentation is in place authorizing Global Cash Services to perform cash processes on their behalf
Requirements for the Senior Cash Analyst:
  • BA/BS degree
  • 1-3 Years global custody experience
  • Solid understanding of cash projections/availabilities and how day to day transactions affect cash and client deliverables
  • Desire to provide superior internal and external client service
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
