Responsibilities for the Staffing Consultant:
- Execute search techniques to generate a pool of candidates necessary to staff open positions and create candidate pipelines for future needs
- Recruit, interview, retain, coach and develop Talent, understanding their needs and helping them meet their professional goals
- Partner with Boston area companies in a variety of industries (higher education, financial services, pharmaceutical, legal, etc.) to assist with their staffing needs by identifying and presenting the most qualified candidates
- Manage relationships with companies to ensure their staffing needs are met and they are satisfied with our service
- Work harmoniously with other departments internally including other staffing divisions, payroll and marketing

- Bachelor’ s Degree
- 1+ years of prior sourcing/recruiting experience
- 1+ years of sales/account management experience is considered
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, energetic team
- Proficient in MS Office programs, primarily Outlook
- Ability to pick up new technologies quickly
- Experience with an ATS preferred
- Ability to maintain a level of confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
