Our client in Arlington, MA is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join their team. In this contract-to-hire role, you will support the International Team Lead by providing support to acquire, manage, manipulate, and analyze data and report results. You will determine and develop analytical approaches and solutions; conduct data validation activities (inspect, cleanse, transform and model) and develop recommendations. Responsibilities for the Supply Chain Analyst:
  • Support the development of executive presentations and status reports, ensuring brand management
  • Analyze Enterprise data to derive and enable optimal data utilization
  • Analyze industry and market trends within the data domain, and determines their potential impact on the Enterprise.
  • Support the organizational rhythm (e.g., status reviews, regular action closure)
  • Interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings
  • Coordinate in and across supply chain on various projects and initiatives geared at systems, tools, and/or processes
  • Compile, analyze large and complex data sets leveraging multiple business systems / tools, metrics and report
Requirements for the Supply Chain Analyst:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree (B.S. or B.A.) in business, finance, contracts, supply chain
  • Concentration in International Business preferred
  • 3+ year’ experience
  • 3 years’ experience in supply chain management or related field
  • Strong presentation development and graphic skills 
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Sharepoint/Word/Excel) and strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated team player, aggressive self-starter, proven change agent
  • Advanced PowerPoint and MS Excel skills – Pivot tables, V lookup, etc.
  • Experience with financial analysis / reporting
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
