Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:
  • Provide a streamlined and efficient interview scheduling process
  • Create and communicate interview schedules, travel and hotel details to talent and third party executive search partners
  • Go above and beyond to ensure every candidate has a delightful on-site or virtual interview experience
  • Define and reinforce a consistent interview scheduling process that results in a superior candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Build extremely strong relationships with the Clinical Executive Assistant and be in close communication at all times regarding candidate interviews and scheduling
  • Develop strong partnerships with our Clinical HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Operations Associate regarding new roles that may be launching
  • Create and manage candidate expenses, ensuring talent are reimbursed by Finance in a timely manner
Requirements for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:
  • 1 year experience working in an in-house Talent Acquisition team, in a support role
  • Life science experience is highly preferred
  • Desire to be part of a high-growth, transformational company that is bold, relentless, curious, and collaborative
  • MS Excel, Work and Outlook skills are required
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
