Compensation: Up to $50K

Responsibilities for the Talent Development Assistant:
  • Manage logistics for all training programs and professional development and recruiting related meetings including reserving conference rooms, sending invitations, etc.
  • Attend events and act as a member of the recruiting event planning team, liaising with attorneys, law schools, and vendors as appropriate
  • Process candidate applications and manage recruiting systems (Lawcruit) and other tracking tools used by the team; assist with scheduling interviews
  • Provide support for the annual associate and summer associate review processes
  • Help configure the databases, collect feedback, and compile and distribute materials
  • Conduct analysis and produce/update presentations using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in support of various team initiatives
  • Process payment for vendor invoices, candidate reimbursements, and Bar memberships and associations
Requirements for the Talent Development Assistant:
  • Bachelor’ s degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in legal recruiting, professional development, or administrative experience in a law firm, law school, or professional services environment
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Knowledge of LawCruit, viEval, and Epicor or other HRIS system helpful
  • Flexibility to work overtime when needed
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
