Responsibilities for the Technical Office Administrator:
  • Prepare (type and file) comprehensive technical engineering reports for various clients
  • Coordinate aspects of the project with end clients and law firms
Requirements for the Technical Office Administrator:
  • Associate's Degree
  • Extremely detail oriented, especially with typing
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft office Word and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate skills with Photoshop and photo editing
  • Punctual and must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Previous experience working as an administrative office assistant
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
